Is the Flat Top Duo or Flat Top Uno available in PRO thickness?Updated 13 hours ago

At this time, the Flat Top Duo and Flat Top Uno are not available in PRO thickness, and we do not currently plan to offer these models in a PRO version.

The Duo and Uno were intentionally designed to serve customers looking for a lighter, more versatile flat top while still maintaining the durability and performance Steelmade is known for.

Both products are made from 3/16" American carbon steel, which is still thicker than many competing flat tops on the market. This thickness provides excellent heat retention and long-term durability while making the flat top easier to handle, move, and use across a wide variety of indoor and outdoor cooking setups.

Our PRO Series flat tops are built for maximum mass and heat retention, but that added thickness also increases overall weight. With the Duo and Uno, our goal was to create a balanced option that delivers:

• High-quality Steelmade performance

• Easier everyday usability

• Greater versatility across stoves, ovens, and grills

• A lighter cooking surface without sacrificing durability

Because of this intentional design, the Duo and Uno are optimized around their 3/16" construction rather than PRO thickness.
