What is the warranty or guarantee on the Flat Top?
Steelmade Cookware Limited Lifetime Warranty
Steelmade Cookware is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. Small cosmetic blemishes inherent to metal fabrication and hand finishing which do not affect the performance of the cookware are not covered. This warranty extends from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original owner.
This warranty covers only the Steelmade Cookware product itself. Steelmade Cookware is not responsible for any damage to stovetops, cooktops, appliances, countertops, surfaces, or any other property arising from the use, misuse, or installation of the product. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring compatibility with their appliance and proper use of the product.
For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow all use and care instructions provided with the product. Warranty covers normal household use only and does not include damage resulting from use in commercial establishments, abuse, neglect, abnormal wear, overheating, improper installation, or any use not consistent with the directions included with the cookware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelmade Cookware shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to damage to appliances, property, or surfaces, loss of use, or any other losses arising from the use of the product. Steelmade Cookware's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This limited lifetime warranty is exclusive of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is limited to the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is made by Steelmade Cookware, and no other person or entity.
Defective cookware will be repaired or replaced at Steelmade's option, free of charge, with a similar product or one of equal value if the defective product is no longer in production.
