Shipping Policy

Our website includes a "Shipping Date Calculator" that shows the estimated date your order will ship. Most orders ship on or before this date but this is an estimate only and we make no guarantees on actual shipping or delivery dates. 

Shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically once your packages are scanned into the shipping carrier's system. This email will contain package tracking information so you will know how many packages are in transit and when they are estimated to be delivered. Some orders require multiple shipments or multiple carriers to complete. 

By default, we do not require a signature for shipments, so you won't have to be home to sign for the package. If you live in a location where your deliveries may not be secure, please use the tracking information to make sure someone is home to receive the shipment. 

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Click here to learn more about changing your delivery address after your order ships. 

Missing items or lost shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Steelmade via e-mail at [email protected] within two (2) days of receipt, and we will work with you to make things right.
